ASVGM Static Var Generator is used as comprehensive power quality improvement for power distribution system transformers side, which have the functions of power compensation, harmonic control and three phase unbalance governance simultaneously. Compared with conventional capacitor compensation scheme, it is precise, two-way, fast reactive power compensation capabilities, and to eliminate the risk of capacitive system harmonics;

FAQ

Q: What is SVG Working principles ?

A: 1.External current transformer(CT)could detect real-time load current .

2.Internal DSP calculates and analyzes the reactive power content of the system.

3.Control PWM to send signal to IGBT to generate reactive power compensation current for power factor compensation.

Q: How to choose the model number?

Please specify the SVG rated voltage,frequency ,3p3w/3p4w,rated capacity,CT sampling position(grid or load side).

Q: What is the standard packaging?

A: 1*manual(or electronic manual)

1*protection cover(only for wall mounted type,1 module 1 cover)

Q: How to prepare APF/SVG module before installation?

A: 1. the standard package is not packed with breaker and current transformer. If need,please advise while ordering.

2.We recommended open-type current transformer for easy installation.

3.SVG /SVG module should be protected by superior breaker. If the breaker is not installed,it is not convenient and protective for debug etc.
