SZPW power system microcomputer high-frequency switching DC power supplies are highly stable new-generation power system DC operating power supplies designed and produced by our company based on our years of experience in the development and operation maintenance of DC power supplies. Serving as control loads, power loads and DC emergency lighting loads, the products apply to substations, thermal power plants, hydropower plants and other places needing DC power supplies.

  • Flexible configuration and convenient expansion because of full automatic current-sharing N+1redundant modular design;

  • Small voltage distortion, high efficiency, high accuracy of voltage and current stabilization, small ripple factor and good electrical properties and electromagnetic compatibility because of the advanced power factor correction technology, the LLC resonant DC/DC conversion technology and the soft switching technology used for the rectification module;

  • .Complete protections such as output overvoltage protection, output current limit protection, short circuit protection, overtemperature protection, overcurrent protection, fault alarming for the rectification module;

  • Convenient hot plugging and  online maintenance of the charging module;

  • Hardware low voltage difference automatic current-sharing technology and a current-sharing unbalance equal to or less than ±3% among modules;

  • High stability because of two AC inputs (a master one and a slave one) supporting automatic switching;

SZPW-U integrated DC power supply

It integrates a charging module, a feed module and a battery module. It is made up of one cabinet and applies to DC power supply systems of 40Ah/220V or 65Ah/110V or below. It has two 380VAC or 220VAC inputs supporting automatic switching and a DC output made up of four control buses with 2P/16A air switch and four closing buses with 2P/25A air switch. It essentially consists of a LCD or touch-screen microcomputer monitoring unit, a charging module, a bus insulation flashing device (or a branch insulation detection unit), a voltage reduction silicone assembly and an optional battery inspection unit, a switching unit and a cabinet. The cabinet (800×600×2260) has two doors, including a tempered glass single-leaf door on its front and a cold-rolled steel sheet double-leaf door on its back.

ZPW-C combined DC power supply

It is composed of two cabinets, i.e. a charging and feed cabinet and a battery cabinet and applies to DC power supply systems of 100Ah/220V or 200Ah/110V or below. It has two 380VAC or 220VAC inputs supporting automatic switching and a DC output made up of five control buses with 2P/20A air switch and four closing buses with 2P/32A air switch. It essentially consists of a LCD or touch-screen microcomputer monitoring unit, a charging module, a bus insulation flashing device (or a branch insulation detection unit), a voltage reduction silicone assembly and an optional battery inspection unit, a switching unit and two cabinets. Each of the cabinets (800×600×2260) has two

doors, including a tempered glass single-leaf door on its front and a cold-rolled steel sheet double-leaf door on its back.

SZPW-L large-capacity DC power supply

It is composed of a charging cabinet, feed cabinet and a battery cabinet and applies to DC power supply systems of 100Ah/220V or 200Ah/110V or above. It has two 380VAC or 220VAC inputs supporting automatic switching and a DC output made up of at least five control buses with 2P/25A air switch and at least four closing buses with 2P/40A air switch or several other feeder lines. It essentially consists of a LCD or touch-screen microcomputer monitoring unit, a charging module, a bus insulation flashing device (or a branch insulation detection unit), a voltage reduction silicone assembly and an optional battery inspection unit, a switching unit and three cabinets. Each of the cabinets (800×600×2260) has two doors, including a tempered glass single-leaf door on its front and a cold-rolled steel sheet double-leaf door on its back.

SZPW-F wall-mounted DC power supply

It is specially designed for small-capacity systems and applies to DC power supply systems of 38Ah/220V or 65Ah/110V or below. It has two 220V inputs or one 220V, PT100V AC input and a DC output made up of two 2P/16A control buses and two 2P/32A closing buses. It essentially consists of a special LCD microcomputer monitoring unit, a charging module, an automatic voltage reduction unit and a cabinet. With an LCD, dialog menus and buttons, the microcomputer monitoring unit can realize setup, display and calibration for operating parameters, battery management, monitoring for battery voltage, control bus voltage, closing bus voltage, battery’s charging current and discharging current and charging module status. The cabinet can be a floor type or a wall-mounted type.
